(1) Both the victim and the accused of sexual abuse can make a joint application to the officer who hears the complaint for a compromise if they want.
(2) If there is a joint application for settlement according to sub-section (1), the officer who hears the complaint shall consult with the parties and make a settlement.
(3) No kind of customs fee shall be levied when making a settlement in accordance with sub-section (2).
